Welcome to our return policy . We care about your satisfaction and hope that every purchase on our site exceeds your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Period
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery . After 14 days, we will not be able to accept returns.
Returnable Product Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the following conditions:
- It must be in its original packaging and complete with all parts.
- The product must not show obvious signs of accidental damage or misuse.
- It must be in a condition that makes it suitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Products
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or resale reasons. These include:
- Custom posters with specific content requested by the customer or suggestions made by our team for posters not included in the catalog.
- Posters damaged due to misuse or accidental use.
Return Process
To start the return process, follow these steps:
- Please contact our customer service at support@onlyposter.it to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
- Pack the product carefully in its original packaging. Be sure to include all accessories and parts.
- Please clearly write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outer packaging.
- Ship the returnable product to the address provided by our customer service.
Returns Management with Promotions
If your order was placed with a quantity-based promotion (e.g., 10x5, 5x3, 3x2), the promotion automatically adjusts based on the number of posters you actually keep after the return. This means that the total price is updated based on the final quantity purchased, and the refund will be calculated proportionally based on the promotion correctly applied to the number of posters you keep.
For example, if you ordered 10 posters under the 10x5 promotion, but returned some of them and ended up keeping only 5 posters, the promotion would change to 5x3 and the total paid would be adjusted accordingly, with a refund for the returned posters.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will also refund the shipping costs.
