How the Poster on Demand Service Works
Our team is committed to meeting your needs and preferences. To do this, you will be asked to provide information about your tastes and the artwork you want. Based on this information, our staff will do a thorough search to find similar posters, works by the same artist or creator, or that feature similar themes and visual styles. Additionally, if you want something truly unique, our artists can create a custom poster, personalized to your specifications and preferences.
But let's see in detail how it works:
- Work Selection: The customer begins by writing the title of the desired work, which can be a film, a TV series, an anime, a work of art or any other theme, ordering our Personalized Poster. If the chosen work is already present in our catalog, we will provide you with 5 new variants to enrich your choice.

- Poster Purchase: Once the desired artwork has been selected, the customer can proceed with the purchase of the corresponding poster along with the other items in the cart (if any). The purchase process is simple and safe. It is important to note that the payment will not be charged until the order is processed, that is, after the confirmation of the poster choice.
- Poster Suggestions: Within one business day of purchase, we will send the customer at least 5 poster suggestions inspired by the chosen artwork. These suggestions are carefully selected by our team of experts, who evaluate various styles, artists and interpretations to ensure a wide range of options that reflect the customer's tastes. If none of the proposed variations satisfy the customer, the poster will be removed from the order and refunded, if it is the only item purchased.
- Poster Selection: After receiving the proposals, the customer can review them and choose the one they like best. If none of the proposals are completely satisfying, we can offer additional options or work directly with the customer to create a custom poster. Additionally, our artists can create a unique and exclusive poster from scratch based on the customer's specifications, making the experience even more personalized. If none of the variations are to the customer's liking, the poster will be removed from the order.
- Printing and delivery: Once you have confirmed your choice, our team will print your poster using high-quality materials to ensure an exceptional result. The poster is then carefully packaged and shipped directly to you, who will receive the product ready to be displayed and enjoyed.
