Get full refund protection against shipping delays, loss, damage, and theft.

  • Loss:  Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 30 days of fulfillment (60 days for international packages). For posters measuring 90x60 cm or larger, the window is extended to 45 days.
  • Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 20 days (30 days for international packages). For posters measuring 90x60 cm or larger, the delivery window is extended to 30 days.
  • Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is damaged in transit.
  • Theft (Porch piracy): Claim the full value of your purchase if your package is stolen within 7 days of the carrier’s “delivered” update.
Worry-Free Delivery also includes carbon offsets for emissions in the recipient’s destination country.
